Second Term Project
English Class Project
Second Term
Objetive:
To use the
students' previous knowledge to create a cooperative learning environment.
Description: To use the students' previous knowledge to
create a cooperative learning environment in which each one of the students is
going to have the opportunity to socialise and teach to their classmates a
manual skill; at the same time that the students put their communicative skills
into practice.
The presentation is going to include an
introductory part in which the students are going to explain to the class the
task to do. The second part would be to begin the practice of the given
homework, in which each one of the students are going to carry out the task
that was explained by the tutor of the class.
The tasks to work in class might be carried out
by each one of the students and the materials to develop the activity must be
given by each one of the tutors(student in charge of the presentation).
The class order and fluency of the explanation
and practice are the tutor's responsibility and of course is going to be taken
as part of the evaluation.
Evaluation: The evaluation of the activity is going
to consider the speaking skills of the tutor, the fluency of the explanations,
as well as the fluency of the practice. The discipline and management of the
group will also be part of the evaluation. Another aspect to be deeply
evaluated is going to be the management of the presented topic.
Dates and deadline:
Starting date: May 12th. Students must choose the topic to
present and inform to the teacher to avoid the repetition of themes.
Revision date: May 17th. Students must present to the teacher
the advances of the presentation. It means the process to be taught in class
with the instructions to be given to the students. This part must be done in
English to correct what necessary.
Deadline: May 22nd. This date is the deadline to begin
the presentations the order of the presentation will be at random what means
that everyone might be ready to present at any moment. It is important to
highlight that the necessary materials are each one responsibility.
Additional points to consider: In case that one or more
presentations be affected by any disciplinary affair the whole activity will be
cancelled and the derived grades would be 10/100 for the class.
Remember that, the teacher is free to modify
any part of the project, at any moment without students' concern.

Actividad Química
Nubia y Huertas ya decidimos como evaluar el tema de enlace químico.
Por tríos van a realizar un vídeo (maximo de 10 min) donde expliquen un tipo de enlace que ahorraremos hoy. Dicho vídeo deben cargarlo al blog el próximo jueves 18 de mayo. En el se evaluarán: recursos, ingenio y dominio de tema.
En clase aclararnos dudas.

ENGLISH FIRST
Greetings my dear students,
Important to take into account that the blog is an English Exercise that demands a high production in writing and even in speaking. That's one of the main requirements to reach the improvement that your are looking for.
Don't forget that for the moment this is an English class activity and that content as well as the menu and settings of the blog must be in English mandatory.
The more you work and improve your blogs, the better are the opportunities to reach the wished results.

I love spending time with my family and friends, I also love watching TV and the technology.
Among the things I don't like I rather mention the disorder and mess.
Something that I also love is my job... The time that I spend with my students is the best and as I'm used to tell tell they are the secret of the ethernal youth.
